End User License Agreement (EULA) – Validora AI

1. Parties
This EULA is between Laura Otto Solutions ("we", "Licensor") and the person or entity using the Software ("you", "Licensee").
2. Definitions
"Software": Validora AI, the SaaS web application providing AI-powered market research insights.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Software. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software via the internet, in accordance with your subscription plan (free tier or paid).
5. Restrictions
You must not reverse engineer, resell, use for unlawful purposes, circumvent security, or represent AI output as human-written where disclosure is required.
6. AI-generated content and transparency
The Software uses AI to generate market research insights. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should evaluate output before relying on it. Under the EU AI Act, we inform you that you are interacting with AI. Do not use output for high-stakes decisions about individuals without verification.
7. Privacy and data processing
We process account data, usage data, and content you submit to provide the service. Content is sent to OpenAI (processor); we do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Right of withdrawal (paid subscriptions)
If you purchase a paid subscription, you have a 14-day right to withdraw without reason. By requesting immediate access to the digital content (premium features), you consent to performance starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw once you begin using the premium content. 9. Warranties and liability
The Software is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to direct damages capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
